Keller to coordinate their actions. According to Patrick, I was previously "suspended", but now their "new" system lets them "close" me instead. (Which Patrick has already done) Both Stephanie and Patrick appear to be offering the same solution. Since Patrick has already performed that solution, there would appear to be no point in Stepanie doing so. If you're asking me if I accept this; my terms of resolution were in the original TrustE submission. Unfortunately this solution falls short. It's been 2-3 years. My mailing address is outdated, the credit card has long since been cancelled, I owe no money, the phone number is outdated, all they have is a name and email address. They don't need those for a closed account. Delete it already! I've been "unregistered", "deactivated", "removed", "suspended", and "closed;" all direct quotes from eBay representatives. I'm _now_ supposed to just magically believe they can keep from contacting me? Patrick's (and everyone's) correspondence can be found at http://www.guynes.net/ebay/ in a timeline format. BTW: What ever happened to the original CustomerCast/eBay ignoring Preference Settings? That issue was never addressed. Please ask Stephanie about it for me. -- William Guynes On Thu, Mar 21, 2002 at 09:04:43AM -0800, Jose A Martinez wrote: > Dear Mr. Guynes, > > Ebay responded to your complaint has purposed the following > resolution below.
